More than 50% of company´s staff are handicapped persons, hence, EKO MB, s.r.o. is legally entitled to provide substitute performance to its customers.
Substitute performance is governed by Act no. 435/2004 Coll. on Employment, which obliges any employer having more than 25 employees to employ handicapped persons, mandatory percentage of these persons in the total staff being 4%.
If you do not employ required number of handicapped persons, you can comply with this obligation by sourcing your products/services from a company having more than 50% of handicapped workers in its staff.
For this reason, substitute performance can be considered an alternative way to comply with this legal obligation.
